    Hi Joanne,
If you have problems with some devices connecting you can disable the automatic band steering. This will create two networks one 5G and one 2.4G. I have left this on, and don't have any problems with my connection, but most people turn this off and their connections improved.
Check out this FAQ for some suggested changes to your network: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-cutting-how-do-i-fix-it

I disabled it day one in case I ran into problems as a lot of people do. If do, make sure your 2.4 GHz SSID and the 5 GHz SSID have different names i.e. myWIFI and myWIFI_5G. You will see that the 2.4 will have a longer range. I can only use my 2.4 outside.
