I selected Fizz's internet plan and entered my Montreal address, but unfortunately they don't provide service at my address. Can something be done about this? Is it possible to request and add my address to Fizz's service system somehow and get the internet service? Or is there any other option?
Thanks!

If your adress is considered a commercial one, you cannot have Fizz.
You can try to validate with the customer service.

You can always contact the Fizz's support directly by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Unfortunately, Fizz doesn't seem very interested in tackling case by case situations like yours, I'm sorry. I think it's too much effort for the gain of a few customers. The mentality is more to go to the path of least resistance. I would still try to reach their customer service tomorrow. Maybe they could quickly change something in their database.

    Good luck!

    Hi Ashish,
Is this a new building? If so, it might be listed as commercial (during the building phase) and is not listed as residential at the present time. You can chat with Fizz and see if they can or will soon add you to their network. Some builders have exclusive contracts with certain companies to wire the new building so you may have limited choices in the beginning. Good luck!
