remember after updating the payment method you need to associate it with the plan
Once your default payment method is all set and up-to-date for this plan, look for the Make my monthly payment button in your account. This will trigger a payment attempt, and your service will be reactivated once the payment is confirmed.

You have to change your credit card info and make sure to associate it to your plan in order to be able to make a payment3

With the change of your new payment method, have you associated your new card to all your Fizz plan?
And then, have you been able to cancel the old credit card.
