    I tried rebooting multiple times and still no connection. I checked the wires and all. it was working and now , nothing . On the modem I see all the lights except the blue ones (which usually means the modem is connecting to the Fizz network)

    Internet is still down. Modem was rebooted multiple times. the blue lights (usually the lights connected to their network) on the modem are not on while everything else is.
    who can we contact to see if there are any issues in my area.
    need help as my kids are using the internet for online school.

    As others pointed out, a modem reboot is often the solution.
