For some reason my wifi stopped working today and also for everyone in my appartement. So we tried a factory reset on our modem.
Now, the password on the modem and our password before the factory reset are not working.
I have restarted every devices i tried to loggin. What can I do?
Check the « L », « i », « o », « 0 » this is a common mistake they are looking same

You have 2 choices. If you know the password that is used on your devices, you can change the password on the Fizz modem by logging on here : http://192.168.0.1/login.htm
Enter user: cusadmin and use the default password
If you don't know the password, then select a new one or use the default one.
Then the new network settings will need to be added to every device.

Or try to reset it to the factory setting again, also forget the Fizz wifi network on your device
After the modem reset the configuration page is 192.168.100.1
I tried to connect myself to the website but it didnt work...

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.

You can change it through fizz ip link that is provided above I think
