Why i cant reset modem even in holding more than 10 second the reset bottom?

Unabe to reset modem the modem is 2 days old and connection by cable is new. No way to get it work and no phone to call or help should i refund and chnage subscriber ?

Some users reported that you need to press it for 30 seconds
here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Sometimes it doesn’t work. But it might work if you unplug it and plug it back in (electricity)8

The reset button is behind the modem. You'll need to use a sharp object like a paper clip or small screwdriver to press down on the button and keep it held down until the modem restarts.

You can try unplugging the modem for at least 30 seconds, to be sure it deconnect completely from the network.7

To do a reset of your modem, I recommand to press in the reset button for a minimum of 35,40 seconds.
Wait 3,4 minutes to see coming back the lights of your modem.
If your computer is connected direct to your modem with an ethernet câble, you'll see on the screen:
Easy connect.
Just, types twice the factory password (located back of your modem).
Your internet connexion is supposed to work perfectly well.
Just reconnect all of your devices with this password to your wi-fi network.4
