the internet cable going to the modem was cut during renovation. i need to have someone to come in and repair the cable.

    You need to contact the support to signal it

    If your problem persis after having followed the guide, you can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    2- Open any of the Fizz FAQ help links above
