My voicemail only takes two messages

Yes 10 messages are the number. Is it because they are too long? You need to delete the old messages You may want to delete some messages to make room for new ones.5

Maybe they are more than 5 minutes long?6

Hi Dina,
According to Fizz, voicemail has a 15-message maximum capacity.
You may need to delete some saved messages or need to delete some older messages. Otherwise these messages will be kept automatically for 30 days.

"Once a message has been heard, press 7 to delete it. If you'd like to delete the message without listening to all of it, press 3-3 to go to the end, and then 7 to delete it."
If needed, you can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » at the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Open one of the Fizz FAQ help link e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-I-access-and-use-my-voicemail
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds at the bottom right corner.7 -

Normally, the voicemail is for 10 messages.
How long are your 2 only messages (5 minutes, each)?3 -
You must contact the support the voicemail must have maximum capacity of 15 messages

@Lieux Sorry I do not understand? What I am missing?
edited after we exchange some messages in private Lieux and me, he told me that the 15 is wrong, but on the link that I posted and the end you can see that FIZZ wrote 15 messages. I also included a screenshot4 -
