Did not receive first month badge?

Hi ! My second payment as been processed for my mobile account a few days ago and my 1st month dinosaur badge as not been unlocked!?
Is there a delay usually or should I follow up with fizz? Does it give any points?

You must contact the Fizz customer support by chat (from 8h00 to 21h00.
And ask to unlock this new badge.
And you'll have to ask to the Fizz support the same thing to receive your dinosaure badge at 6 months and for the 1 year's badge.

This is a known problem you need to contact the support and they will unlock it in a day

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
