Why my phone uses only 3G networking. I found the answer

I am using FIzz, My wife is using also Fizz. I was using 3giga mobile data plan, and my wife has been using 6giga plan. I could use LTE.
I don't remember when I changed 3giga to 1giga.. but I could only use 3G.
Yes... that is not the problem of phone neither configuration. The problem is because you are using cheap plan. My wife keeps using LTE

On my knowledge, does not exist a 3GB plan, I have friend with a 1GB and one without data (he is using only bonus) and they are able to have the LTE.
Did you try to put the SIM card on your wife phone?6 -

Wrong. I have 2 gig plan and I have LTE most of the time.
Btw, there is no 3 gig plan, only 2 or 4.5 -
