My payment is due for August 12th but I will be paid only August 19th. Will it be possible to change my payment date for August 19th instead of August 12th.

No fizz does not offer that since it is a prepaid service, try to contact the support
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-or-credit-card-information
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Unfortunately this is not possible. Actually if it is possible then it may be the exception as there is no way in the portal today to make a date change.1
