I made an appointment for Fizz to deliver my internet but I accidentally put in the wrong apartment number and now I don't know how to change it... any help?

    You must contact the support to change your apartment number since they need to validate that the internet can be installed.

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-moving-how-do-i-change-my-address-my-home-internet-service
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Have you contacted the Fizz support by chat (from 8h00 to 21h00, ech day?
    Only them can solve this problem about your wrong adress.
