I changed my email recently so I cannot sign back into my account is there a way you can reset my email so I get my Bill's ?

You need to contact the support
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
2- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -
Try reset password for your email. For Fizz account, please contact Fizz support if you want change your email.4

Email is like a key and not changeable easily, otherwise it would be easy to hack account.
You will have to contact support so that they can authenticate you and change email for you.4
