Unsubscribed mobile service, get full refund

: Hi I subscribed the mobile service 5 days ago. I am not happy with data coverage I am in downtown Montreal. I barley get LTE service. 90% times I get only 3G network. I do food delivery service. Because of bad network, I am missing my delivery trips. I want my full money refund. I used the service only for 5 days.

I see that you've already reached us in private and that you've chatted with a colleague of mine. He confirmed that you may test your service for a maximum period of 15 days since your activation and if the issue still won't be resolved, you'll be automatically refunded once you'll no longer want to use our mobile service.

Fizz use Videotron network. So don't go to Videotron because you will have the same problem. Fizz is a prepaid service, so if you unsubscribe, then i'm not sure you are going to have a refund. But, maybe you can contact Fizz support to know what happend in your case.
