Why all of my credit cards are not accepted even though there is no problem with my card?

Hello. I am trying to pay the plan for fizz for a new member. They do not have a credit card yet so I am willing to use mine for the time that they get one (they are new immigrants in Canada). I cannot pay because it says "payment declined". I made sure that all addresses and names match perfectly. Please help me. Thank you.

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-...
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

It’s sometimes hard to register our card...some details are very important to be ok with the system. Reach the Fizz service to receive help.

Try to call your credit card supplier to see if it is not them who block the transaction,
If not, contact supports,

What type of credit card do you have? These are cards accepted by Fizz:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use

Also the card must be associated with a Canadian address. Foreign credit/debit cards are not accepted.
