No wifi connection?

Hi, my wifi was working perfectly intil a guy came to instal the internet for the downstairs neighbor. I dont know what to do! I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the box but no connection. The lights are on with the 2.4G and the down arrow is flashing. What do i do?

    This technician seems to have disconnected you when he did install your neighbor.
