You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Going through Facebook Messenger is faster for me

I've had to contact Fizz a few times but never once seen the chat on the website available (even though I was logged in). Facebook has been pretty good at helping me but the response time isn't likely as fast as live chat.

Please, check if you have disabled the ad blocker on your browser before to connect to your Fizz account.
When you are connected to your Fizz account, You can chat (from 8h00 to 21h00.
