transfer my internet

Hello. I am living in Montreal. but I want to move to Toronto. so can I transfer my internet there? how? and what about my modem, Can I transfer it as well? OR I have to cancel my internet account and when I reach Toronto, I order the new Internet?

    No you cannot, you need to cancel and return the modem
