Add-on-International call 60 min of China can not working ?

in my plan-> I purchased 60min international call of china, You can see it ,
but I can not used and it doesn't work! when I call a phone number of China .

    You need to enable the international calls

    1- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
    2- If there is more than one plan on your account, scroll to the plan you wish to change.
    3- Click on Manage and choose Advanced parameters.
    4- Next to No International calls, slide the radio button to Off.

    Apologies for the encountered issue.
    Regarding your international calls, please perform a reboot of your mobile device and after activate airplane mode for 30 seconds then turn it off and try to make the call by adding before the number +86. Also, make sure that when you are trying to place the call you are inside your plan's coverage area. A few more helpful tips can be found here:
