I can't finish the step of match address of credit

I change my house and address. I changed my address in my credit account but finally I have a message in my profile that the payment is denied. Is there any telephone number that I can call and help me? Or is there any chatting room online as same as the other company? With this way, my problem didn't solve. This is 2days that I have and I cant solve it here

Are you sure that the new address is changed in your credit card?

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
