When will anybody help internet up?

It had been 2days and fizz deleted my post about my internet issue. The connection is still off and they deleted my posts without explanation. The @ had blinking all day long but they ask me to check loosen screw

Hi Quan, you will have to contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service. Good Luck, they will be able to help you ! ! :)

never mind, after all these days technical trouble in Longueuil, I've quit FIZZ internet,
plz just stop saying 'reboot your modem' or 'tighten screw' or 'reset factory', we user can do nothing with cable connections if its not stable then its totally technical issue
