Not receiving calls and can't send/receive texts?

Can make calls, but some calls I cannot receive. Cannot send or receive any texts or pictures. worried that I am missing calls/texts that I am unaware of

Regarding your ticket to our technical team I have verified it, but did not receive from their end and I placed a second request for updates on it in order to have the ticket solved in a quicker time- frame. Once the ticket will be solved, we will inform you by e-mail as quickly as possible.

Glad to hear your phone is working better.

Are you a new customer and did you port your number over from another provider? If yes, it can take a few hours for the port request to complete. If your port request was made more than 4 hours ago, you should contact Fizz support.

Otherwise try restarting your phone.

I did port from BELL this morning. Everything works fine except incoming calls from certain numbers. Some numbers work, others dont. The chat services are closed and I'm missing potential calls

Mike,

You may need to chat with Fizz support in the morning.

In the meantime, you can try restarting your phone. If you are still missing calls, you can try using your Bell SIM card to receive your calls, but I suspect your Bell service has already been stopped.

Still not able to receive calls and ticket@fizz ca is saying it no longer takes emails and my issue won't be answered...

@mike The last step you can do is to try to contact fizz by facebook or ask for a refund.

I think it is the a fizz system fault. We can't help here. I've done my best to help you.

Still no update or email regarding my issue. 3 days without incoming calls for a business, really regretting swapping 2 lines for Fizz
