Why isnt my internet working?

It says internet may not be available. My modum is plugged in. Im using my mobile data to contact you.

    Hi,
    Are all the lights on the Router Modem Fizz on? only in parts?
    If they are all on, ir could be that the internet is well connected to your router but that there is a problem of other connectivity.
    Did you also try to reset the modem? Press the reset button with a small object for 10 seconds (modem plugged in) and then release it.
