i can reset my password for my online account, but cannot login with it?

I've had to reset my password, but i can't login to my online account. once i've reset the password, it automatically logs me in, but then i log out, to test my login password and it's invalid. i've reset it a few times, and i can't log back in afterwards

Hi Anne,
If you click on the link “Forgot?” to reset your password, you only have one hour to validate the link sent by email. If you click the link several times, make sure to only use the link from the latest email you'll have receive, or else it won't work.

i've reset it a few times, i most likely used the wrong link. should i try again then? Could it be related to the wifi app for my phone in anyway? i downloaded the wifi app to my phone, it's presently logged in, but i have no idea on which password.4
