Why modem is off?

My account was frozen, but I paid off an amount and now my phone connects to wifi, but I do not have internet. My modem is not connected to the internet. I have checked coaxial cable and also turned off modem several times. I really need Internet ASAP because I have online exam just in several hours. Please help!

Fizz needs up to 2 hours in order to validate your payment

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Hi Dariaa.
I think you have no signal entering in your Fizz Modem. It's could be a signal problem, a street cable problem, a fizz (Videotron) Local Basement problem, Please ask the customer support by clicking the bubble in FAQ.
