Could not pay for add-on or wallet.

I used to be able to pay for addon/wallet by using my creditcard.
Also, this saved credit card for monthly payment.

However, I am not able to pay for addon/ or wallet. It always say "declined" everytime I summited.

I tried with my wife creditcard and got the same issue.

I'm really sure my credit card is working.

Can you please advise what should I do now ?

Hello nhsang,

I apologize for the error that it's preventing you to purchase your add-on or add money into your wallet.
As the other users suggested, you can contact your bank and try again, or as Blackpo said you can delete your cookies.

I've also checked your account and saw that you were able to reach out to our support department and they've suggested a solution.

Make sure your cc hasn't expired, both other than that do like Mike says...

Might help clearing cache, deleting cookies or for Apple user go to safari and clear history and website data.
You can try using another browser such as Chrome, Opéra, Edge or Firefox

First you need to add a new credit card to your profile: My profile -> Payment methods -> Add a new payment method.

Then you need to modify the credit card associated with your plan. Go to My plans, choose the plan for which you want to modify the payment method, then click on Manage plan -> Payment method. Then choose the new card. Afterwards you can go to your profile and delete the old card.
