Mobile Application error on connexion : internHost does not exists

When trying to login the Wifi Mobile Application, there's a server error. How can I resolve that?

    You can try to delete your application and charge it again

    You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

    Please try as Blackpo and uninstall the app from your device and after reinstall it. Once you have reinstalled it, make sure that the device on which you are using it is connected to the wi-fi network and login with username: cusadmin and the password indicated on the label on our modem.
