Pause function?

I tried pausing my son’s Nintendo switch last night using the Fizz wifi app and now it won’t connect to the Internet at all. Not with Fizz not with the hotspot on our phones (with the WIFI turned off). I tried turning off the game etc. Nothing is working. It tells me registration is required to use the network. Another message from “Hitron” says the page has been blocked based on your settings. I can’t find anywhere to modify any settings... any suggestions? Thanks

    You need to do a factory reset

    If you want to re-enable the Wi-Fi capability of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem, you'll need to reset it to its factory settings by holding down the reset button on the back of the device for ten (10) seconds.
