I realized I have 5G internet but i dont want that due to unnown consequences on health

You are confusing 5G WIfi with the 5G mobile
You have 5GHz Wifi and 2.4 Ghz Wifi
Yes you can disable the 5Ghz Wifi from the Application
also from the web
1. Log in at: 192.168.0.1 from the web browser of any device.
2. Log in using the following information:
Username: cusadmin
Password: xxxxxxxx (Password you chose during initial setup)
3. Go to the next section to apply changes:
Wireless → General Settings → 5GHz → Band Steering (Disable)5 -
It's not the same 5g you are talking about. Don't have to be afraid of the 5g of Fizz internet.

The 5g network is not available for mobile for the moment.
