Cant acces my fizz app to give acces internet or disable internet users it doesnt even give me that page anymore why?

You can connected with the browser
- Open a web browser on any device and navigate to: 192.168.0.1
- Connect using the following information:
Username: cusadmin
Password: xxxxxxxx (enter the new password you selected during initial configuration)
If you locked you out, you can still do a factory reset, to do that
Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds.
Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.6 -

You can reset your modem put in a needle into the reset button 35,40 seconds at the center back of your modem. Released it after and wait to see all the lights coming back (3,4 minutes)
You will see on the screen of your computer the application: easy connect.
To connect you:
Choose to take the password back of your modem for your connection.4 -
