My account got wiped clean as if im not subscribed,any1 experience this issue?i have 0 unli text 0 unlicalls 0 data...

Anybody experienced there accounts reset.mine got 0 calls 0 text and 0 data even if i subscribed to all with 10GB per month

This has been happening all day.Fizz is experiencing problems with their site,all should go back to normal as soon that it is fixed.

I had same issue, with all data lost. Sent a message to Fizz, and less than an hour later the account shows my data back to normal. From other people's comments, looks like a generalized short term failure of the account reporting.

Thoses dysplays are supposed to be solves since yesterday.
Please, open a new session and see what 's going on now..

Thanks for the update guys.my account is back to normal.hopefully anybody who experienced the same issue is resolved as well
