How can I get refunded? If they charged me twice.

I have been charged twice for a $20 add-on for 2gbs of data. I did not receive any extra gigs. They simply charged me twice but only gave me two gigs. How do I get a refund?

I usually contact them via Facebook Messenger and they reply back within a day.
In Messenger search for Fizz and you will see their support chat group.

Please, contact the support of Fizz from 8h00 to 21h00.
Chat with them:
Open a session online and access to your fizz account.
Then, type:

https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
Wait until you see appear a green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
Click on it when you see it.
Your chat session with them begin.
