Holiday Hours & Happy Holidays (2019)

Greetings to our amazing community,

 

With the holidays upon us, please take note of the temporary tweaks made to our business hours:

 

  • December 25 and 31: we’ll be closing at 4 p.m. (EST).

We wish you all a very safe and fun time during the holidays.

Hi,

Just to be clear, will there be any kind of tech support at night on the 24th & 31st and also on the 25th and 1st?

As in, if someone's home network is down on the 25th, is there anyone they can contact for help?

Actually, we will be closing at 4 p.m. (EST) the 25th and 31st of December.

The 24th of December and the 1st of January, the chat service will be available at our normal business hours (https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us).

What do you mean "CLOSING"?
Is there someone to contact when I have been paying for 3 months to hear "International Calls are available upon request, please call 611".
For 3 months I have been billed for this - no [hone number or e-mail, where a person with responsibility could be contacted.
I guess I am too old for the new "artificial intelligence and artificial responsibility".
Sadly when I learned about business - the people who collected money were responsible and reachable.
Now I have to practice my writing skills with ... a team
No chance to text or e-mail ?
Only computerized voice telling me to activate my International minutes...
Sad - and at the same time I get e-mails to invite friends...
I do not have friends to whom I would recommend a non-responsible service provider.
