wont have credit card in time for payment. can you keep me connected? will have within next week

I've been having trouble receiving my new credit card. I just had it sent to my parents address in express post. Can you leave my conection on until I pay? witch would be within the next week

Try to rectifiate your situation about adding a new credir card. If you payment is not done at your billing cycle, your plan will be blocked.
Try to contact Fizz customer service by chatting online for help.

First, connect you online and access to your account.
Then, type:

https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use

A green chat bubble will appear down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session with Fizz is on.

We are users here so we can’t really help you directly. You should try to use a credit card from someone you know. If not, you’ll best bet would be to contact customer support, but I doubt they’ll be help you unfortunately...

You need to make (alternate) arrangements for payment.

 

If not, your service will be suspended until you can reactivate it.

Best bet is to state your situation to Fizz directly. We are users here. Contact Fizz as mentioned in previous posts .... I have had great luck with Facebook Messenger.
