Buying data when you reached your limit

I've ran out of data on my Fizz account. There is a system notification to "Sign in to Fizz Network". This page takes me to the Fizz website but I doesn't seems to be able to reach the page.
However, Fizz finally activated browsing on their website even though you are out of data so you can use your browser to go to Fizz website.
I though I could then log in my account and buy some more data, but I'm unable to login. The problem is coming from the fact Fizz website is allowed while having no data, but not the captcha provider. So the captcha is not appearing on the web page and if you try to login, it will tell you the captcha is not valid. Fizz should fix that! :)

    Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, if you are not connect login
    The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).

    Your can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)

    CONTACT FORM
    You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.
