price increased ?

I have reviewed the plan options, then ordered the SIM on Oct. 28th, I'm now trying to activate it , and the price increased from $19.80 to $27

Is there any way to Chat with a Fizz rep ? I do not see the Chat Bubble they say you can select on the help page

Most probably something was not counted in when you were reviewing the price initially, sometimes it takes time to update to see the right price. 19.80 it sounds near the very bottom of launching prices.

I don’t know which plan you tried to set up, but you need to contact fizz to see if anything can be done or what is the reason for such difference.

so for today it is clear: it is a bug and it should be fixed. it looks like it displays wrong for almost everyone. So just wait a bit to get it fixed on their side.
