iPhone cannot send or receive mms

Hi, so juste notices that my iPhone cannot send or receive MMS. Not sure if it ever worked. But aside from doing a software update, what can be done? Thanks

First of all you must check the apn configuration

Check that you still have data

Do you have data on your plan? Is it switched on?

I needed to restart my iPhone for it to work, start with that.

 

After that, look into the APN configurations, like Mike said!

Which iPhone do you have?

You must have iPhone 5S or newer. Older iPhones will not work well with Fizz.

So there is really nothing that can be done one the phone side I guess.

Which iPhone do you have?

 

Here are some things I would do:

 

1. Double check to make sure there are no outstanding system updates.

 

2. Try hard reset of your iPhone.

 

3. Save your settings and factory reset your iPhone.

I would try restarting it, sometimes that’s all it takes! If it still persists, you could try contacting fizz on messenger
