is it possible to make a late paym,ent on weekends ?

my payment is about 3 days late , meaning my account is frozen . after multiple payment attempts , i officially finally have the funds on my default payment method . I tried reaching out to chat since i urgently need this service to be reinstated but i do not see the bubble .
I was wondering if that is normal ? is chat available on weekends ? I also reached out to them on messenger but no reply . Please let me know what I can do to resolve this and what may be causing this .
