i cant use my data in the plan

Hi, i activated my Fizz plan about two months ago, it supposes has 2gb every month just like it was shown in my account, but I can't use any since the first day, please reply me.

You need to set your APN to be able to use internet, there is the guide.

To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

You must be accumulating a lot of data in your plan. Your data will roll-over, but any data that is not used for 3 months, will expire.

 

Here are the things to check in order to use Fizz mobile data:

1. Make sure your phone is compatible with Fizz network for data

Your device must have dual-frequency support for 1700/2100 MHz (also called AWS or band IV)

2. Make sure APN is setup properly. Restart phone.

3. Enable data on your phone settings.

Not clear if you mean that you can't access any data, or that you can, but hasn't started using the 2gb yet...

In the fizz steps when joining them, there's some steps for setting up your phone by adding APN. There many ways to do these in the fizz website.
