The puk code you gave me on my account doesn't work and I haven't tried more than 10 times, can you fix this ?

My phone is asking for a PUK code so I entered the one FIZZ gave me and it doesn't unlock. Can you fix my card or send me one that's working. Yes my cellphone is unlocked

You sure you're phone is unlocked? I have a Samsung and had the same problem with the PUK code not working so I had to contact samsung and get the unlock code. And basically follow the same guideline that Mike mentioned.

Your phone is lock and you have a samsung

If you have a Samsung probably the PUK is not the SIM PUK, but is the unlock code

  1. Contact Samsung to have the unlock codes (link)
  2. Power off your device and insert the SIM from your new service provider.
  3. Power on. If your device gives the following message you need to enter the MCK. "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK." (See step 4 if your phone asks you for a SIM Network unlock PIN).
  4. Enter MCK. It will likely tell you the code was "unsuccessful" however disregard this.
  5. You should now be at a new screen which asks for the "SIM Network Unlock PIN." Enter the NCK here. Note you only get one chance to enter the NCK, so do NOT make a mistake.
  6. You should see a message saying "Network unlock successful." Your phone is now unlocked.

I'd try contacting samsung or your previous cell provider
