Answered question
I received my SIM card and activated it, now when entered in the mobile it is requesting SIm network unlock PIN. It’s not on the card I received and I don’t know where to find it...
I think you're phone is locked. If you bought your phone from another mobile provider and want to use it on the Fizz network, you need to make sure your phone is unlocked.

Your phone is locked to your previous provider. You can contact your previous provider for the unlock code.
Yeah, that is exactly how it looks like when you put in a SIM card from another carrier on a locked phone. Your old service provider is obligated to provide that code if you ask them for it.
Phone is locked. Contact your previous service provider.
You'd have to contact the cell provider that it is locked with. Do keep in mind that in Canada, cell providers cannot legally charge you unlocking fees. Best of luck
