Late Payment?

I see people mentioning doing a late payment? How is that possible? I was assuming that all I need is to have a credit card on file, and the monthly payment will be taken from that credit card. Is this a correct assumption?

If for whatever reason the charge to your credit card fails, they will try it again a few times. They will email you and let you know to update your payment information. If after a few attempts it was not successful they will suspend your account until a successful charge is made. Hope this helps.

Funny, I assumed the same thing. Especially as being a prepaid svc, should theoretically mean you're paying for the month ahead? Unless of your the credit card gets declined... which I'd assume would put the acct on hold?

If your card is expired or not valid, they will make an unsuccessful payment and your service will be suspended.
