No internet?

I had internet service installed today but not working, all lights are steady green( Not blue ) except for upload is blinking ( green) tried resetting, unplugging but nothing worked
Any help

The coaxial cable must be properly screwed in on both ends.

To reset the modem, make sure to hold down the reset button for 10 seconds or more.

 

Btw when you received the modem, did the technician check your cable line to ensure you have proper signal?

If not, you should contact Fizz support as this vital step might have been missed during the intial installation.

Restart your modem to see if it helps.
If it does not then you need to contact Fizz.
You can chat with Fizz by opening a help page during business hours and you'll see bubble chat at the bottom right in few seconds
