If you already have a IPhone, your actuel nano SIM card will work in your IPhone 11. Apple use the same size of SIM ( nano ) since the IPhone 5.7

The SIM card will work on any unlocked phone that works with Fizz frequencies, and as long as the phone has not been reported stolen.
