I'm not getting my 4% cashback from Visa for my monthly Fizz bills?

I'm supposed to get 4% cashback from my credit card for recurring monthly payments. My bank told me Fizz has to fix this on their end.

Yes, I have the same issue. It was the same thing with Telus mobility too.

Fizz doesn’t make it as a reoccurring bill. It’s like some restaurant doesn’t mark them as a restaurant. You need to contact fizz , to see if they can fix it or not .

You will get the regular cashback % for all Fizz payments.

 

It has been like that for every customer, since the beginning.
