Not receiving or able to make phone calls during the day on the Fizz network?

Just reporting not able to receive or make phone calls on the Fizz network, to make or receive I have to switch to an EXT network

As you probably know, we are in stabilization period so these things can happen.

You can try turning airplane mode on, waiting 30 seconds, and turning airplane mode off.
If that does not work, try turning the phone off then back on.
Last resort would be to contact Fizz via chat or Facebook messenger.

Try turning off your phone then back on, but it’s most probably due to the stabilization period. It happened to me twice last April.
