When trying to order a SIM card, why do I get an error message saying I've reached the limit of credit cards ?

I've just created my account, and I'm trying to order a SIM card. But whenever I try to pay, I either get an error message saying that there's a problem with the billing address - which there isn't - or that I've reached the maximum of credit cards for my account. Any ideas what to do?

If a message informing you that you have reached the maximum number of attempts pops up, contact our Customer Service team: log into your Fizz account and simply click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner during our business hours.

You can also fill a contact form from your accountOnce logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.
