I don't want the sim card.

One month ago,I order a sim card.But I didn't receive it until now.So I can't wait.So please give the money that I've paid to me, please!

I think Fizz won't accept the sim card back and will not refund you.

Since new customers are always signing up, you can try selling it on Kijiji, Reddit or the community forums.

@Fizzy: he doesn't have the sim card since he never received it.
@Xiaolei: unfortunately Fizz won't reimburse the sim which wasn't received unless you order another sim and activate it. Anyways you can try to chat with the support on that matter.
