No internet access after activation. how to resolve?

Right after activation there is no internet access on any of my devices. I am connected to the wifi but the wifi has no internet connection.

I hope your internet is working now.

 

If still problematic, please try these:

- Check your Fizz account to make sure the plan is active and payments are up-to-date.

- Factory reset the modem and try reconnecting again.

Are you saying the technician just setup your home internet and it doesn't work?

Did you opt for the VIP installation or self-install?

Have you tried to reboot your modem.
Just in case some update may be pending.
