Why can't I access my Fizz mobile from VOIP line

I can access my Fizz line from a regular landline but cannot access it from a VOIP line (MagicJack). I am using a iPhone 6 for my Fizz mobile. Do I have to make changes in the settings or is the problem at your end.

    Did you activate or transfer your number recently?
    If you transfer the number recently probably the process is not completed yet.
